Abdominal Fat Loss Is A 50% Exercise, 50% Nutrition Combination

Not only is a firm, flat stomach the ultimate symbol of sex appeal, researchers have found that losing abdominal fat is one of the most important steps you can take to stay healthy for life. Stubborn abdominal fat is like an unwanted guest you just can't get rid of, and kicking it to the curb can be the mother of all exercise and health challenges. Burning off excess stomach fat is just like getting rid of fat from any other part of the body. It won't surprise you to learn that the best way to lose abdominal fat is to eat right and exercise regularly.

Diets

If you are trying to lose weight, it is important to avoid rapid weight loss diets. Most popular weight loss diets don't work. About a quarter of all cancer deaths are caused by unhealthy diets and obesity and it's important that people are aware of this risk. Although there are many diet programs and weight pills that would entice you with some great testimonials from people who have successfully finished their weight reduction program, crash diets and diet pills are not long term solutions to your weight problems. While there are no perfect diets to follow, doctors definitely feel that there are plenty of options out there for people who want to take just a little bit of care of their health.

Training

Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw in a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away with some crunches and side bends, and think they're doing something useful for reducing their abdominal fat.

It is essential to understand the biology of the abdominal muscles before beginning a training programme or routine in order to prevent injury and so that you can better understand the way in which each exercise benefits you and which part it benefits. However, the importance of muscle training can not be overstated as far as it regards health, fitness and weight loss. Online training offers those who are too self-concious to go to the gym the opportunity to work-out with a trainer without the expensive price tag.

Conclusion

Abdominal fat is visceral fat, the kind that's more active metabolically and can wreak more havoc by contributing to higher cholesterol, higher blood fats, and higher blood pressure. Scientific research is clearly proving that excess fat throughout your body and in particular excess abdominal fat is very dangerous to have.

Waist circumference, which is strongly associated with abdominal fat, is another measure of overweight— excess abdominal fat is an independent predictor of disease risk. Superficial abdominal fat is located just below the skin and abovethe abdominal muscles. The deep abdominal fat is located inside the abdominalcavity on the intestines. Second, intra-abdominal fat is loaded with cells (macrophages) that play a role in inflammation and release numerous substances ("adipohormones" or adipokines) that increase your risk of diabetes and heart disease. A side effect of finally getting rid of all of that excessive ugly abdominal fat is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you lose enough stomach fat, you will be able to visibly see some nice six pack abs that everyone wants.

  1. In my opinion a lot of people don't understand that to have six pack abs you first of all have to focus on reducing your body fat levels.

Literally soooo many people think that if they'll be doing crunches - they'll have six pack abs...

I totally agree with you and I like what you've wrote about training.
